Chardonnay is Henriot's most important variety, and the portfolio has both Blanc de Blancs Champagne, including the premium Cuvée 38, sourced exclusively from grand cru vineyards, as well as a Demi-Sec, Rosé Brut and a Vintage Brut and Rosé.

The Cuvée des Enchanteleurs is at the top of the range; it is only produced in exceptional years.
