As the 5th Generation of the Malot family, Cindy and Florian are reinventing the range with incredible wines made with precise care and attention to their individual plots.

The work in the vineyard is clever and innovative with different style oak barrels and concrete eggs used in some of their wines. Most wines are fully converted tp Organic and they are on their journey to Biodynamic conversion in the vineyard. The first Cuvee Les 2 Cepages is an incredible introduction to the Grand Cru of Verzy, it is a stunning 50/50 blend of some of the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay the region has to offer.

Their Rose is super unique with a Chardonnay Champagne vinified from Premier Cru
Villers-Marmery and blended together with a still Pinot Noir vinified in Oak. To finish the Les Cretes single vineyard oak aged Chardonnay is an absolute knockout, offering tropical and exotic notes with superb texture and depth, an alternative take on Chardonnay.
