These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
1. SHOW ETIQUETTE
The following policy has been put in place by the event organisers for the safety and enjoyment of everyone at the show.
The Champagne Show unequivocally promotes and encourages responsible drinking by all visitors to the Show
The Show is all about fine Champagne, education, fun and enjoyment – not excess. In this respect, the Show believes in quality over quantity.
Visitors are strongly encouraged to eat before the Show.
As well as eating before, visitors are encouraged to drink plenty of water in between samples and take regular breaks from tasting during the Show.
There will be spittoons and free drinking water available on all exhibitor stands and in easily visible locations throughout the venue.
The above guidelines, if followed correctly, should greatly enhance visitors’ enjoyment of the Show and appreciation of the fine Champagnes available on the day.
As part of their duty of care to the Show’s visitors, exhibitors will not serve anyone whom they believe to have consumed an excessive amount of alcohol.
Safety Stewards will be on duty at the Show for the help and protection of all visitors and exhibitors.
The Stewards will ask anyone who is inebriated or who becomes disruptive or offensive to other visitors or exhibitors to leave the Show.
No readmittance will be granted to anyone who has been asked to leave the Show or who has been removed from the Show for the above reasons.
Please note that following exhibitor complaints at previous events there is a strict sampling policy in place at The Champagne Show.
All samples will be poured by exhibitors only into the sample glasses provided and must be consumed at the Show. It is against Show policy for samples to be poured or transferred into sample bottles and taken away from the venue.
We ask that all Show visitors familiarise themselves with the following important sampling policy conditions:
Please do not bring empty sample bottles into the venue or transfer samples provided by the exhibitors into any vessel other than the Show tasting glass.
Visitors bringing sample bottles to the Show venue will be asked to dispose of them before entry to the Show is permitted.
During the event, any sample bottles or other vessels discovered by Show staff to contain alcohol will be confiscated.
Any visitor to the Show found in possession of sample bottles (empty or full) during the Show will be asked to leave the venue.
Please refrain from soliciting samples from exhibitors to be taken from the venue for consumption elsewhere. Exhibitors will be asked to report any instances of this activity, and Show staff will ask anyone found to be ignoring this rule to leave the venue.
There will be no refunds or re-entry for anyone asked to leave the Show as a result of breaching any of the above conditions.
2. PAYMENT METHODS

Due to the nature of the Internet, access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time, and we are therefore unable to guarantee entirely error-free access and services.
All visitors to the Show will have their bags, briefcases, parcels etc checked by the security staff.
8. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

HOW IT WORKS
After making a successful purchase you will be given the opportunity to print a copy of the order confirmation page as your e-ticket for the event. An automated e-mail version of the e-ticket will also be sent to the address supplied by you when registering your account.
If, for any reason, you have not printed your ticket nor received the automated e-mail please email us [email protected]
You must present this e-ticket, along with valid ID, to gain admission to the event.
Without a valid e-ticket and supporting ID, your admission to the event may be refused and under these circumstances The Champagne Show will not offer any exchange or refund.
For this event no physical tickets will be dispatched.
If you are making a multiple or group purchase of tickets using this method, please be aware that only one e-ticket will be issued for the whole transaction. If, for any reason, individual tickets are required, then we strongly recommend that separate transactions are made.
Always check tickets on receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified later.

The Champagne Show has implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorised access or improper use. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
Because the internet infrastructure is global, and it is not possible to predict the routes that information sent over the internet will take, the information you provide may be transferred temporarily via a route which takes it outside the European Economic Area as it passes between you and us. Territories outside of the EEA do not always have strong data protection laws. By submitting your information to this site you consent to this transfer.
